Giving back to the community at Hala – 500 three-course meals handed out!
A giving initiative has taken place in 2020 to support some of Dubai’s front-liners in the transport industry, working tirelessly to keep the city moving despite unprecedented times. Over 500 three-course meals have been facilitated by Sweetheart Kitchen through their collaboration with Hala (Dubai Taxi) in a bid to support captains.

Expressing commitment with actions: Less than 1% food waste is achieved!
Today, Sweetheart Kitchen is one of the only F&B operators with less than one percent scrap, a true testament of what we can accomplish if we look at innovating the food business with more technology.
The team spent many months developing a customised ERP to enhance the inventory management, by triggering real-time low stock notifications, controlling inflow via food expenditure, controlling outflow via purchase timing and costs and when dishes are sold, and stockpile.

Ramadan in 2021 was more heart-warming than ever!
Partnering up with Stake and ARCO General Contracting was a true heartfelt journey this Ramadan.
To honor you and all your hard work, 1,200 meals were distributed and still it was the least we could do for those who helped build our Dubai.

The Driver Meal Program launched!
A new initiative to give back to the hard working drivers!
Last Saturday, we launched the Driver Meal Program, a new initiative intended to say thank you to the front-liners that are constantly on the road delivering smiles. We handed them a meal this time.
300 free meals were given out to thank these hard workers for all their service. We would like to give a huge thank you for the support we received from Al Rawabi – الروابي, Lacnor, Hotpack Global, NRTC Group, Bidfood Middle East, MH Enterprises, and Gulf and Safa Dairy- Dubai.
